Happiness & The New York Times
Here’s your shot of weekly inspiration:
“I find it kind of weird now to look down a crowded street and realize that half the people aren’t really there”
– Dr. Daniel Gilbert
Those of you who know me the longest will know that one of my favourite interests is genuine concentration, or lack of it in business and life. It’s been shown repeatedly that those who have the ability to focus on one thing at any given moment will perform at a higher ability and experience a higher level of peace of mind and happiness.
A recent article on current research in this area was published last week in the New York Times and if you’re in any way interested in more peace of mind, happiness or business performance (who isn’t? 🙂 ) then I suggest you read the full article at this link:
After you’ve read it, consider this question:
‘What’s the one thing I could do differently, starting today?’
Plenty of food for thought…
Have a great week,
ps – Thanks to Niall Wogan of Wogan Interiors for sending on the article.
